From the first inquiry to goods in your warehouse

Six steps — what we do, and what we need from you.

Inquiry
Email us, call us, message us on Instagram, fill in the form or drop by the factory. Tell us up front: the style, the fabric and its weight, the quantity per style, and the date you need the goods.

Our reply
We reply the same or the next business day, with a quote, a proposed meeting time, or the questions we still need answered to price the job.

Fabric
We source the fabric. Before it enters production we test it. If you are not sure what suits you, we go through the options together.

Fit, pattern and sample
From your drawing or from the piece you sent we make the pattern, then the sample. After your feedback we adjust the fit and grade it across every size.

Approval, deposit, production
Once you approve the quote and pay the deposit, we produce the sample and after you confirm the sample the run starts: cutting, sewing and screen printing in our facility.

Control, finishing, delivery
We run quality control on the fabric, on the sewing and on the finishing. Then come pressing, packing and delivery to your address.

Preparation

What to send us

The fit — a photo of the style, a technical drawing with measurements, or a piece you already produce.
The fabric — composition and weight. For example, jersey at 180 g/m² or three-end fleece at 330 g/m².
Quantity per style and the size breakdown.
Colours, with shade references if you have them.
Labelling and packing — what is sewn in, what goes in a polybag.
The date the goods have to be ready to be shipped.
