Garment manufacturing
As a private label manufacturer we cover every key stage: fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, printing, pressing and packing. We work to your brand's requirements, from runs of 100 t-shirts or 50 hoodies per style upwards.

Fabric sourcing
We have an established supplier network across Europe, certified for non-hazardous and organic fabrics. Through them we source natural and performance fabrics as well as sustainable alternatives. We choose the fabric with you, to suit the design and the use of the garment, balancing cost against durability. We're also happy to work with suppliers you choose yourself.

Fabric testing
Everything starts with the fabric. Before it enters production we check washing and curing tunnel shrinkage, twisting, pilling. We test every fabric lot, so a fault doesn't occur once the run is under way.

Pattern making
We make production patterns with the comfort and the line of the garment in mind. We make patterns by hand and digitally, grade them across your full size range, and adjust after the sample.

Product development
We guide you through every development stage — from reviewing tech packs and size charts to sampling and refining the fit. That means we can tell you straight away what is feasible and what will cause trouble in the run.

Screen printing
We screen print in our own facility. Every design is executed to your specification.
Product range
What we manufacture
- €6–12 per piece
T-shirts
We make them in jersey at your chosen weight, with screen printing.
- €15–30 per piece
Sweatshirts and hoodies
We make them in three-end brushed fleece or loopback (French) terry, with a kangaroo pocket, in a regular or oversized fit.
- On request
Tracksuits
We make both tracksuit tops and bottoms. If you have no pattern for the bottoms, we cut one from a drawing or from a sample.

Light garments
We make styles from your collection to your technical drawing and size chart.
- Corporate
Corporate branded clothing
We brand T-shirts, polo shirts and sweatshirts with your logo, in a run for the whole team.
If you have no tech pack
A photograph with measurements is enough
Send us a photograph or drawing with measurements, or a garment you already have. We cut the pattern and make the sample from it. If there's no pattern — for tracksuit bottoms, say — we cut that too.
We adjust the fit after the sample, based on your feedback, and only then does it go into the run.
